Dame Somms Wine Dinner at Cubaneo
Join us at Cubaneo on Tuesday, April 29 at 6:30 for a multi-course Cuban feast including:
- Welcome Cocktail and Croqueta
- Empanada (your choice of chicken or spinach/cheese)
- Mini Cubano Sandwich
- Ropa Vieja
- Vegetable Paella
- Tostones (tasty fried plantains)
- Your choice of Flan or Tres Leches Cake
Wine selections will be a surprise, and Dame Regine Rousseau will lead us in a fun "com-pairing" exercise to discover which wines come out on top, with each course.

Cost: $85 per person (includes food, wine, tax, and tip)
A portion of proceeds will benefit the Chicago chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, an organization of women in food, beverage and hospitality working to support the next generation of women in the industry.
